We can be reached by phone from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:30. 

If we are not available, you will be put through to our voicemail. Our voicemail does not have a menu. 

If you cannot reach us by phone, you can leave a voicemail. We will call you back as soon as possible. (Of course, you can also try calling us again later or send an email.)

Calls are charged at standard network rates.

Emergencies:
In the event of an emergency, we can be reached 24/7. If something very serious happens during an event, call Maarten or Brent:

Response times

  1. Responding to information requests on existing and new insurance: within one week
  2. Accepting new insurance and changing and cancelling existing ones: within one week.
  3. Providing insurance statements and documents, such as policies and insurance certificates (new and existing policies): as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days.
  4. Claims handling and insurance payments: as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days.
  5. Complaint handling: as soon as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days.
