We are responsible for protecting your personal data to the best of our ability. In doing so, we must comply with privacy regulations. We aim to be transparent about the types of data we process, the purposes for processing data, who we share data with, and the rights you have regarding your own data.   • Complying with a legal obligation that applies to us, such as fulfilling our legal duty of care during the term of a financial product facilitated through our intermediation, or complying with legal deadlines for data retention.
  • The explicit consent you have given to process data for specific purposes. You can always withdraw this consent.
  • Protecting our legitimate interests in the context of our business operations or those of a third party. We always balance your interests with ours. Our interests include the careful execution of agreements with you, maintaining and potentially expanding our customer relationship through direct marketing and/or marketing profiling.

4. Storage and retention period of personal data

4.1 We only retain your personal data for as long as and to the extent necessary. Data that we necessarily require will be retained for the duration of our relationship or agreement.

4.2 If our relationship or agreement ends, we will retain the data for the duration of the legal retention periods that apply to us.

    – loss adjusters, fraud prevention databases such as Fish and Cis;
    – notaries, lawyers, accountants (in specific cases).
