Our history

Sixteen years ago, we saw a surge in the popularity of festivals in the Netherlands, but there were no good event insurance options available. So, we founded No Risk. Since then, the events industry has grown and professionalized immensely – and so have we. From a small offshoot of an insurance office in Amsterdam, we have evolved into an international insurance partner for the entire events, film, and entertainment industry.

We provide expert advice and insurance for all types of events. Every year, we insure thousands of events both in the Netherlands and internationally. From large music festivals to village fairs, and from sports events to trade shows, conferences, and concerts. We also offer a special insurance policy specifically for weddings.

Comprehensive package for the film industry

No Risk is the specialised insurance partner for the Dutch media and film industry. We insure a wide range of tv- and film productions, from feature films and major Netflix series to documentaries, commercials, and photoshoots. We are the only company in the world where filmmakers can find all the insurance and financial products they might need: media production insurance, E&O insurance, completion bonds, and cash flow loans.
